Lowe anchored two hours of live programming during the FA Cup Quarter Final broadcast on ESPN UK in March 2012. This was when Bolton's Fabrice Muamba, a midfielder for Bolton FC, fell ill with heart failure on the field. In the following evening she was featured in the headlines of every UK paper. Lowe is the very first host female in UK time of the FA Cup final, a live broadcast lasting six hours from Wembley Stadium. Lowe started her career as an anchor and reporter for Setanta Sports in 2007. She was the host of the groundbreaking Football Conference coverage.
