Taylor
Taylor Swift has become a uncommon pop sensation: A superstar who crossed over completely from country music to pop culture, becoming an iconic pop star that is set to be around forever, and will conquer all of the world. Swift dropped country as if it was a second layer and proved that she's perhaps the most intelligent pop singer/songwriter of her time. One who can harness the mood of times to make her music personal, and be able to perform at the opposite. Her early songs including the neotribute for Tim McGraw were a testament to her talents. However, her second album Fearless in 2008 showcased a songwriter finding her voice, and also a larger public. Fearless wound up having considerable legs not only on the U.S. where it racked seven platinum singles thanks to Top Ten hits Love Story and the hit single You Belong with Me but throughout the world, with a particular success in Canada, the U.K. Canada and Australia. Swift took off to the peak of the charts when she released Speak Now. The next three years, Swift's popularity was growing through the years -three times - Red (2012), Reputation (2014), and 1989 (2014-2015) during which time she moved into a world of pop music where her talents were already established. As she cut her style by releasing stripped-down albums like 2020, folklore and Evermore but she was still on top. The position was defended with the re-recordings she had made from her earlier catalog, as along with Midnights, her synth-heavy chart-topping 2022 album.
