Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy (born April 16th, 1996) was born in Miami Florida. The girl is English the other half Spanish. The parents of her include Dennis Alan Taylor an ex-banker and Jennifer Marina Joy psychologist. The father of her mother, who is Argentinean of Scottish as well as English heritage is also her mother. Her mother is Spanish and has English roots. Taylor-Joy was born into a family of six children. Four of them are siblings from the previous marriage to Taylor's father. Family lived at Buenos Aires up until Taylor-Joy was 6 years old, after which they moved to the Victoria district of London. Taylor Joy says that moving to England was extremely stressful. She refused to learn English and was hoping to relocate back to Argentina. Hill House, a school within the same district as Northlands was required to enroll her. Then, she was enrolled at Queen's Gate School to study dance and perform in the school's productions. At the age of 16, she left school in order to pursue a full-time career in acting. Taylor-Joy had a destiny to become an actor from a young age. She realized her dream after Sarah Doukas, the founder of Storm Management offered her a modeling gig.
